The doctor begins by drawing lines approximately 1 cm apart on your scalp. The LaseMD™ laser is then applied to create tiny microchannels in the epidermis. These microchannels increase the absorption of the KeraFactor® serum by 5 to 7 times. During this step, you may feel a slight warmth or tingling, but discomfort is minimal due to the use of low energy. No needles or injections are necessary.
Immediately after the laser treatment, KeraFactor® serum is applied to the entire scalp. This serum contains eight biomimetic growth factors and two proteins. The doctor gently massages the serum to promote penetration of the active ingredients into the hair follicles.
After the treatment, wait at least 24 hours before washing your hair. Also, avoid swimming and coloring or highlighting your hair for 48 hours. Protect your scalp from the sun during and after treatment to avoid irritation or discomfort.
