La dutasteride mesotherapy

For a long time, oral finasteride was the standard treatment for androgenetic alopecia. This medication works by blocking the conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone), the hormone primarily responsible for hormonal hair loss.
While often effective, it is also known for its side effects: decreased libido, mood disorders, fatigue… All these reasons have prompted doctors to explore other more targeted and better tolerated alternatives.
